Built solidly...Great Isometric Exercise Device
I really enjoy working out with these devices. Great for an old dude like me who is past all the hassle of going to the gymn or having lots of weights lying around. Great way to tone the chedt snd auxiliary arm and shoulder muscles.

Great for Warm-Ups
I bought the light resistance for warm-ups. It seems to do the job pretty well. I wish it was just a little longer, though, which is the only reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5. I have a more heavy-duty version from another manufacturer that is longer (by about an additional 9 inches) and I think the extra length is better for providing additional leverage.

awesome flex bar
this small size flex bar packs a punch to which i mean it will work out your arms and chest till they hurt but be careful it can get away from you if you are just starting out

Building up your chest
I had always had one of these when I was younger and now I just want to get trim again. I should have bought the 40 kg one as this one is a little to light. Also it seems just a tad short but I experienced no problems with it.

Just a repackaged Chinese bar
The bar is ok but it is just a drop ship item from a generic spring bar manufacturer.

Great chest exercise equipment for small apartment or bedroom.
While you always have the option of doing pushups for free, a knee or back injury might prevent you from assuming the pushup position.This exercise device for the chest lets you work your chest and arm region without the use of your legs or lower back.You can perform these exercises in a chair sitting up, which is great if you find you're unable to stand or assume a pushup position.It's also relatively small and compact, and can fit in a closet or under a bed fairly easily.
