I bought this for my 15 yrs old granddaughter, she is now 16. She has used this for a year, but within 3 days she started to notice a difference. I came back to review because I am sure others have been dealing with the same problem.I have a preteen that was already having breakouts. I had her to get facials, the dermatologist, and every product under the sun. I mean hundreds of dollars. I didn’t want her to have the ridicule that I did.This was a last-ditch effort. Within a week, her skin is almost perfect again. They are vitamin pills, so I put them in a spoonful of ice cream and they go right down.I just ordered another bottle. (Yes, they are very pricey!) worth every penny.

Only been taking these for about a week or two now, and have notices a reduction in oil, but not much otherwise. People complain about the taste, but its most likely because of the omega-3. Fish oil is a common derivative of omega-3 fatty acids, so im sure they used that. Its only like a quarter way full but i dont care, its easy to swallow, and so far decent.

Bought this for my 16 year old with heavy breakouts. He has been using it for a few weeks and there seems to be a slight difference. Will update more once he gets through the bottle. A bit pricey but hopefully worth it.
