Fit on engine shaft easily
Inside diameter was correct and the pulley easily slid onto the engine shaft. The pulley was well built and worked well on the tractor.

This made my mower MUCH faster.
I have a 1999 Murray 42" mower. In great shape but was annoyingly slow. The original rear drive pulley was 9" diameter. By installing this 6" pulley and a 91" belt (Required for the pulley size difference.) it increased the speed of my mower by 150%. It went from walking speed to jogging speed. The first time I tested it, I had the throttle up a bit high and also had it in top gear. When I let out the clutch the front wheels jumped a foot off of the ground. I would caution putting anything smaller than a 6" pulley on any mower such as mine. With the 6" pulley change the belt barely clears the gear shift shaft. Took some time but was totally worth the effort. The quality of the pulley was excellent also.

exactly what I ordered.
About as close to perfect as I can get. However.....I'm very glad I was here when it was delivered. First of all, the driver dropped it next door. Not an issue because they would have brought it to me anyhow. But the package was ripped open. The pulley was on the truck, but not in the package. Only one item in the package and one piece in it instead of two. I was able to correct the driver on the proper address, and saw one piece in it. When I asked the driver about the second piece, the pulley was on the truck. I have both pieces, but being present for this delivery was essential. The pulley was far more important.
