I've been suffering from crippling mental fatigue for many years, and of course doctors were useless. Nothing they ever had me try made any difference whatsoever. 3mg iodine helped for a couple weeks, until (I'm guessing) my TSH levels went back down to normal and I stopped bouncing off walls.
