I'll be candid. I am almost 60 years old and I am sexually active. This keeps PH in check and corrects any imbalance after being with a partner. It takes a few hours for the capsule to dissolve (maybe 4) and can be felt during intercourse if it has not dissolved and is visible as a white powder (on partner). If I need the freshness in a hurry, I will open the capsule and insert powder manually. I have never been burned, irritated or had any discomfort. This product does make me produce a lot of natural lubrication so planning is required - timing and panty liner. I was a bit iffy on ordering these but i needed something that would help my ph balance, when received i followed the directions i used it at night and i found it easier just popping it right up you when i used the applicator it kinda hurt . But when i woke up i kid you not the odor was gone! that was my main concern an issue i was needing help with an now i feel more comfortable with myself, but the one thing is my discharge came more out than it did usually it’s quite alot an leaked through my panties an leggings first time my discharge as ever done that so not sure if anyone has experienced that but thats the only thing that i hope will go away in a few days.

Works great for balancing my PH and keeping that fishy smell away. I use it for about 3 days every time I get a whiff of ick coming from myself.It does make me cramp almost as soon as I put it in. But it isn’t too bad compared to menstrual cramps.
