Non-Electric Bidet - Toilet Seat Attachment - Dual Nozzle for Front & Rear - Self Cleaning, Water Pressure Control, Easy Installation - By Eco Home USA This bidet was not any "easy installation" for me. I had a hard time getting the plastic nut disconnected from the toilet water connection. FYI, if yours is stuck like mine, use a hacksaw, or drill several large holes side by side in the plastic nut and it will break off. I then had to replace the toilet float valve assembly because it was damaged. I finally got everything connected and it worked great until I noticed water leaking from the connection to the bidet. I used a wrench to tighten slightly and then the plastic connection broke off into the supply tubing and I had water spewing everywhere. For the little bit of time it did work, it worked well and I was pleased with it. I have contacted the company to see if this breakage is covered under the warranty. Will let you know about customer service when I hear from them.I do recommend the product----just be very careful---the plastic connection breaks easily. Will change this to a 5 star--Company contacted me back and is sending me a replacement. Great customer service!!!! I really like this product and customer service is outstanding!!!!!

I got my Eco Home bidet yesterday and was so excited to set it up and use it. My husband did everything correctly and it leaked everywhere. I had maintenance come by and install it for me. It leaked on him as well but he knew exactly what was wrong. The metal T that comes in the box is beveled for a dome type of valve. What I needed was a 3/8 compression fit T adapter( for a flat top valve) . Once I got that it instantly worked. I also bought bumpers (Lictin 5 Pack Silicone Toilet Seat Bumpers to be exact) because my toilet seat is raised a bit. Either way, it works well and does the job. The pressure is perfect. I know some people say it's too much but you can adjust that by not going all the way to high pressure. I have two face towels that are for the sole purpose of drying my area hanging next to the toilet paper. I really love this product and i love the price even more!

I was so skeptical at first about buying a bidet but I am glad I did! This product is quality and is easy to install. The only complaint I have is during installation, if you don't teflon tape the threads incredibly thick, you will have leaks. Took me about 4 different times to finally get it right! Other than that minor issue, I would recommend this to anyone who is unsure and just wants to try it. It is a much cleaner, sanitary option!

This is Anna's husband Paul writing this review. It's fantastic!! Really good product for the right price. Bought it as a new/used product that was certified through an Amazon inspector. Everything was there and it was essentially brand new. Just had to replace the supply line from valve to toilet since the original was a hard metal and not a braided stainless. New that in advance and ordered a head of time. Oh yea, before I forget. Buy a set of toilet seat bumpers to raise the front of the seat up level. Since the bidet raises the back of the seat up. I bought a set that screw into the current bumpers, since the adhesive ones don't stick well and one got accidentally flushed. Oops. Glad I purchased it. Should have done it sooner, but this unit is always out of stock and I hit a home run when I saw it as a marked down unit based on that it had been returned to Amazon for whatever reason. Do yourself and the one's you love a favor and get this unit. It's well worth the wait.....

UPDATE: worked fantastic for 7 months but now it’s leaking water all over my floor from the plastic unit (not from the plumbing). RIP.Original review: Super easy installation. Works just like they say it does! The unit ships a little damp from the factory- I assume because they test the new units for leaks and don't bother drying them. So make sure you run the "nozzle cleaning" function first and get any old water and dust out. After that it performs perfectly! Well worth the $23.Watch out for the washer in the valve connection- two of them hold tight but one of them will likely be loose in the bag. The hardest part about installation was just getting that washer to stay in while the fitting was upside down.

Update: Unfortunately this bidet did not last. Within a few days of installing it sprung a leak from the fitting that connects the hose to the unit and when trying to unscrew the fitting to add some plumbing tape the entire piece snapped right off rendering the entire unit useless. We liked it while it lasted but decided to replace this one with a higher quality one that we found at Home Depot. We recognized an immediate difference in the quality and expect our replacement to last much longer.Original review: We are really pleased so far. Never used a bidet before so we were a little nervous but it is surprisingly comfortable. Install was easy. We're using this in our master bathroom but I'm thinking about buying more for the guest baths.

Before I express my pleasure with this nifty device, I should mention one caveat with the installation. I put the adapter on and pulled it off the pipe about six times before I realized why water was spraying everywhere. There is a tiny black O-ring that is free-floating in the bag with the hose and adapter. This O-ring goes inside the adapter, on the side that attaches directly to the water source. Once I figured that out, installation was super easy. 15 minutes, tops.The pressure on these (I bought one for each bathroom) is easy to control and they've cut down on TP consumption! They're not terribly bulky; I've got two oddly shaped bathrooms and they fit just fine. They actually don't look out of place at all. I will probably get some bumpers to lift the front part of the toilet seat so it stops sliding though!

I got this as a Christmas gift for my dad. The installation was a very difficult. Dad had to make two trips to Home Depot to get parts because the parts that come with it didn’t work. It also leaks. The actual product is nice, has good water pressure but it’s not the best quality.
