Perfect for newborns!! I have a small newborn, it was hard to find socks to fit his tiny feet. The smallest socks I could find at the store were 0-6. I hate footed sleepers cuz my baby kicks and gets his legs trapped up inside the sleeper body, so it was really important to me to have socks that fit him and would do a fair job of staying on when he kicks. These socks are soft and thick, with super stretchy elastic, so the sock starts out small, but you can stretch it over the foot, it fits a newborns foot PERFECTLY, and hangs on without being too tight. Its an excellent sock!! Yes, it can be kicked off with enough force, but simple wiggling will not cause the sock to slip off. It has a folded cuff so it hugs the ankle snugly as is, or can be folded up and tucked into a pant leg for added hold.

Love these socks! Exactly what I was looking for. Baby is under 7 lbs with pretty small feet. These are soft but durable. She kicks her feet a lot and was able to kick off the socks we had. These fit very snug around the ankle so she can't kick them off. They have a good amount of stretch so are easy to put on and think she will be able to wear them for awhile before she outgrows them. Really cute patterns! Held up fine to washing and drying in a laundry bag with medium heat. If your baby has small feet these are perfect.

I ordered the 6-12 month socks for my 6 1/2 month old who is in the 79th percentile. The socks are definitely snug right now, I don't know if they will be comfortable for her ankles/calves closer to 12 months. So far they have not left any markings on her legs.The quality is ok. Considering a baby will outgrow them fairly quick, maybe the quality of socks don't matter too much, but upon receiving I noticed that some of the threading was unraveling (see photos) on the edging.Since these socks are folded over, you do have the option of putting them on as long socks or folded over ankle/calf socks. These stay put fairly well, I think she's only taken them off once herself.If you're in doubt, perhaps order a size up, especially if your baby is on the larger side.

Bought these socks for my newborn baby girl and they are so cute! They look like they will be small enough also, which is what i was worried about! Definitely recommend.
