These are perfect for my feet, they provide good arch support and have helped with my planta fasciitis whilst also being comfy. I went to Norway earlier in the year and popped these in my snow boots and was able to walk for miles without any foot pain or even thinking about my feet. It was almost like instant relief when I started to wear them, they are slightly padded so are comfy to wear whilst also offering proper arch support. My children now also wear these and they have provided relief for their feet, one of which is flat footed and the other was wearing a top brand gel insole that was not helping her in the slightest. I can't rate these highly enough, I hope Amazon always stock these. I only have 1 pair but swap them out between shoes so they are very durable and great value for money. Just make sure that you measure your feet using the guide to make sure that the arch is in the correct place.

These are comfortable with the arch support and cushioning however i will say it takes up quite a bit of foot space in shoes/trainers meaning my feet became slightly sore after walking for a while. That aside these are a pretty good pair of insoles to support your feet.

IMPORTANT: TAKE THE ORIGNAL INSOLE OF THE SHOE OUT OR IT WON'T FIT (which I already knew from having previous insoles similar to thie)I used a different brand on Amazon for years, and the arch of the insole wasn't as high as this, but I noticed I was still getting a lot of pain, probably because the width of the insole was so thin on all sizes. This however, is a perfect fit and I have NO pain. I am a size 8 (wide) and a female, and the size 9 fit me perfectly. Insoles fit perfectly in my trainers and converse hi tops, as long as you take the original insole out! Will be buying a spare. Good quality. Highly recommended

These insoles are useful and helpful if you have problems with your ankle and insole which need support. I found them to be comfortable to use. It's a good idea to wear them for a short period until you get used to them. The quality is excellent.

I do have plantar fasciitis tried for two days didnot work really wellWhen I used it for 5-10 minutes I feel the cushion and soft feeling and everything but when used it for a long day work no use for me ..after I remove d it I felt a bit better

These are brilliantly supportive insoles. I was a bit apprehensive as they look really thick in the photos. I found that they do take up a lot of room in your shoe so are best worn with shoes that have removable insoles. I can wear them with some shoes that have fixed insoles but its a pretty tight fit. They are great as they transform any shoe - that has the room - into really super supportive footwear. I got them half price and they were a great bargain as they are top quality so I bought a few pairs. They really help with my plantar fasciitisc. They feel odd to start with but you soon get used to them and they end up feeling really comfortable. Highly recommended.

I like these insoles as they fit perfectly and the colour is nice and bright; I bought the yellow and blue ones. I've only just started wearing them, so hopefully they'll stay comfortable. They give good support, are made of quality materials and look and feel like they're made to last. The only thing I dislike is that they could have had a bit more padding for shock absorption. All in all, they seem good value for money.

Functionality:Why did you choose this product over others?:These are amazing and an absolute game changer.I work for HMP Prison Service and wear uniform type shoes. Changing the insoles to the Valsole insoles makes an uncomfortable pair of shoes into something that I can wear for a 12 hour shift.I guarantee you that these are 100% worth the little extra money that you will pay for them above others.
