This is incredibly useful for managers operating within a corporate environment that requires cross-functional teams and buy-in. The title implies that this is a technical "how-to" leading you to expect a lot of statistics etc. In fact, you do get as much of that as you need. However, more practical considerations are covered without taking any shortcuts.If you need to implement a scorecard - of even evaluate a current system - within a ecosystem of stakeholders, this book is an essential read.

Excellent book, I feel I was given all the necessary information to create an scorecard, the book is detailed and very self explanatory.

I purchased to obtain actual practitioner advice with SAS programming and package in the book However there is no practical SAS guidance in this book - the reviews on the book and SAS reference in the book title are misleading. The book only contains conceptual works described with no SAS code samples and no screen shots, etc. Just want to share my experience with huge disappointment when I thought I was buying the book with usable tips with SAS implementation and sample codes, etc. No, that is not the case with this book.

Great book and very informative.

there is a scratch just in front hard cover of the book. See picture attached. I really like the book but I don't feel is fair to have it with such damage
