They are willing to make it right if there's anything abnormal with their products.I have received new replacement today and the binders are of very good quality at an unbeatable price. I have checked very carefully on the spine of the binders. They look very sturdy and passed my flexibility test: fold front and back slightly backward.Previous:One piece of advice when using them:Do not take the binder out of the self by grabbing its back, it's crisper than lays chips.
