not a good value
My AGM H5 failed at 2 years and 1 month. I never dropped it or submerged it. People on the other end of the line can not hear me. For a while, the issue was intermittent, but now it is all the time. If I twist the top of the phone to the right and the bottom of the phone to the left, the speaker/connection (or whatever the internal failure is) will work but it is difficult and the people on the other end tell me my voice is cutting in and out or 'crackling'. The other features work as advertised, but that's little consolation if the phone is rendered useless.
