I try to take care of my health in whatever ways I can. I do my best through what I eat and exercise, but we all know that it's difficult to get all the nutrients we need from food alone.Vitamin D is so important for our bodies. It's vital.I was taking a Vit D and K2 supplement by a different brand. But then became disappointed once I discovered that that brand used fillers and other questionable ingredients, did no testing, etc. so I ditched them in the trash.Dr. Bergs supplements immediately crossed my mind. Dr. Berg was the one that introduced me to 'keto' and helped me lose nearly 100lbs. So I figured that his supplements would be of higher quality.I love how there's no fillers or nasty ingredients in this. I also love how it's a two in one, D3+K2...because if ya know, K2 is a MUST when taking vit D!These pills are easy to swallow, in my opinion. No aftertaste. Came sealed. I find the price you pay for the amount you get is pretty affordable, especially coming from someone who actually cares about people's health and well being.I've only been taking this for a couple weeks now. I have noticed I've been in a better mood (that's the vit D talking lol). I have full trust in Dr. Bergs supplements and I'm sure in time I'll start noticing other benefits from it.I plan on getting other supplements through Dr. Berg when able!If you want supplements that actually DO something positive to your body, are tested, don't have questionable ingredients...go through Dr. Berg!

Ok I don’t play when it comes to stuff like this , so when I heard Dr Barbra O’Neal talking about this I was very interested because I highly respect her. So I thought I would go ahead and give this a try. Let me tell you it took about one month, but after that, my blood pressure went down and has been fantastic ever since. I was able to throw away my lisinopril , even the doctor was shocked at how well the D3 K2 wound up working so no longer had to be on that bad medication and now my numbers are fantastic averaging around 126/30 . I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS ENOUGH !!! I have two other friends I told about it and they now after a month or so called me and thanked me . Whatever you do GET AWAY FROM LISINOPRIL !!! That stuff is TERRIBLE for our bodies

Every person I gave this to has helped them a lot. I had a person who had a bone pain, And she was gonna get an injection in 3 days. So I gave her my vitamin D and as soon as she took it. It went away and she didn't have to get the injection. She had a major vitamin D deficiency. This product does what it's supposed to do. I'm not gonna say more stories because it's gonna be too long.Good quality.Worth the money.No problem, swallowing In my case. Good sizeIn my opinion, smell is good.The taste is alright.

I admittedly stay indoors more often than not, so naturally I suspected that I was vitamin D deficient. I follow Dr. Berg on social media and saw his video speaking on Vitamin D. I had all the symptoms of a deficiency. What made me choose his brand specifically is how it has not just vitamin D, but also vitamin k and other essentials that allow the maximum absorbency. I am now on my second bottle and I must say I feel better these days. They taste like nothing, are small and easy to swallow.

ONE STAR BUT POSTED AT FIVE SO PEOPLE SEE ITQuite literally shocked how good the reviews are giving the side effects. I purchased this after watching a video Dr. Berg posted. I have chronic sinusitis and was in the midst of a nasty infection so I thought this wouldn’t hurt to try upping my vitamin d dosage to see if it would help. Fast forward a week, I followed protocol and took two pills a day, I didn’t notice an improvement in my sinus infection but did start having new GI symptoms; not a symptom that coincides with CRS. I began thinking what else could have possibly caused these issues, and thought about this new supplement I added. I started reading all the one star reviews and they are littered with everyone saying how the exact same thing happened to them! Apparently it’s not even the D3, it’s the Magnesium stearate that’s added to the supplement. The best way to explain my symptoms is that I constantly for days have felt nauseous (almost like pregnancy - I’m not pregnant), and it wasn’t causing my stomach to hurt terribly but I kept feeling like I was going to puke and my stomach is constantly churning. I pooped six times in one day and nothing made it get better. I started even feeling the sensation run up my back and it started hurting near my kidneys. When I spoke with my pcp, we decided to start an antibiotic that would help aid my sinus infection, with the exception it would help cover a uti or kidney infection as well if it had spread there. That said, I haven’t taken the supplement in three days now and I’m still feeling queasy. Will definitely not be taking any more of this product.

Reduced lower back pain, metabolism improved and I can go on and on, but just to cut to the chase, this product has been a great investment for my health.Thank you Dr. Berg
