i used to spend 20$ on ONE SERVING of japchae at my favorite restaurant, now I make it at home for the same but I have meals for the entire week!! These noodles are so yummy and i cook them and top it with spinach, peppers and onion and it’s 1000/10. I just would make sure to rinse them with cold water but the instructions are perfect to a T they’re so tasty (i like to cook them in a little bit of water with soy sauce for extra flavor)

Love these. I made japchae (never made it before) and it was perfect. The noodles are chewy and easy to cook and use.

Noodles held up well

They cook up in 5 minutes, and I like the texture. Very little flavor but they hold a sauce well. More costly than they should be for just some dried noodles.

These are my favorite sweet potato noodles. I love that they take on the flavor of whatever you're cooking and they are low in calories and fat. Taste like the noodles I get in a Japchae dish!

This is the second time I ordered; getting ready to make japchae again for the second time only. It came out good with these noodles. I love these glass noodles; so good the next day also. There is double in the pack, so there is plenty of noodles for a crowd.
