This is the strongest and most pure Mucuna Pruriens extract I have tried, and I have tried many brands. It dissolves completely in water or coffee, which none of the other brands have done. I have tried many brands of mucina pruriens. From various pill forms to a 4:1 and a 20:1 extract powder. So far I feel the best value in pretty much every area can be found with this brand.It surprised me at how small the package was. The pictures made it seem fairly large but it arrives in an envelope and about the size of your hand. You get what it says you do, so don't get me wrong.The first thing I noticed with all powders is they blend best, though never fully, in hot water or any hot drink. Though using cold this one blends the best out of any other brand, without clumping up and becoming impossible to mix. This does not come with a serving size spoon like other kinds. Also, try not to use carbonated drinks as it has a "mental in coke" effect and fizzes up a ton.Which leads me to taste. This is the first powder that doesn't taste bad. Keep in mind none of them taste good but this brands taste is bearable. Most of the time I skip mixing with a drink completely and just put the powder in my mouth and drink something to wash it down. For me that's easier and the taste doesn't make for horrible. So if you have to drink any clumps or use water, its not bad at all.The powder seems so expensive, especially if your switching from always using pill form. However for $15 like this costs, you get more servings.Overall, I feel this is my new go to brand and already ordered a second pouch. My only complaint is the pouches themselves. When you get closer to the bottom its hard to scoop. But its worth a try if you haven't already and with so many choices this is a safe one to make.
