Weightlifting: How to Lift and Train Like a World Champion
A**R
Essential reading for all Olympic lifters.
Great book! Mr. Napier has uncovered the most important relationship governing the sport of Olympic weightlifting: the ultimate importance of speed/time in motion to amount of weight one is capable of lifting. He has extrapolated this to the most effective way to train with speed as the main focus. A revolutionary book that all Olympic lifters should read.

Useful and interesting read.
Has alot of useful information for would be coaches and dedicated weightlifters. Not sure I will absolutley follow his methodology of total time in motion for the classic lifts, but totally understand why you should have it as a variable in training. Only wish this was proof read as there are some small text missing and extra spaces between sentences in places. Have his other books, will review each in turn once I have read them.
