Decent, but Fishy Aftertaste
The GNC Omega 3 Fish Oil seems okay. The softgels are easy to swallow, but they do leave a bit of a fishy aftertaste. I haven't noticed any major improvements in joint health or focus yet, but I'll keep taking them and see if anything changes.Overall, it's a decent fish oil supplement, but there might be better options out there without the fishy aftertaste.
