They work I feel when taken first thing in the morning but i still feel like I could use another pick me up u can say I'm still in need of something to help me not be so give out n anxious and etc in mid afternoon to evening

I've been taking this product now for a few weeks and it seems like my memory is improving. I'm thinking of people places and things, just a little quicker. So I'm going to continue to take this mushroom supplement

If you haven’t tied any sort of mushroom complex I’d highly recommend trying this one. After taking this I could feel a noticeable calming effect that cut through any stress or anxiety I was feeling. It didn’t 100% get rid of it, but it made it way more manageable.It also helped me focus on my task and avoid distractions, which really helped since I’m a line cook and am responsible for getting meals out quickly and with quality. Even coupled with a large amount of caffeine (200-300mg) it still kept me focused and calm for hours on end. There was a small drop in energy and focus about 6-7 hours in for me thag sinfaled that the product was wearing off, but it wasn’t a huge drop, more like a slow rise in stress that wasn’t bad, but noticeable. It also helped with me memory retention and recollection, I didn’t have my normal issues of instantly forgetting what I just looked at or recalling something recent.Highly recommend it to anyone who needs something for focus and stress relief.

I had previously been taking a lower dose until I switched to this brand. I can most definitely tell if I don’t take it.
