This is one of the few probiotics containing all the strains that I need at an affordable price. I feel good and can feel it in my gut.

I bought this for my wife. She is very closely attuned to how things work for her. She'd been using another probiotic for quite some time and getting her to even try this one was hard. She had tried so many others and settled on it after a lot of trial and error so to speak.So she wanted to use this for a few weeks before reporting. It took about a week and she started to see a difference. Two weeks in and she has decided to stay with this rather than return to her previous probiotic. I am not sure about all the "feminine" benefits promised but according to my wife, some of them have been realized so far. I didn't want to pry as she is pretty tight-lipped about going into details so I'll just leave it at that.So that fact that she is staying with this probiotic rather than one she'd settled on after trying more than I care to remember, is a pretty strong endorsement for it. So with that, I'll give it a strong recommendation. I have to say I think the name is a bit hokey but the product seems great. I guess that is better than the reverse.I am a Vine reviewer. This is a high level CFU probiotic that caters to women. My husband and I both are trying this out, but at 2 capsules per day, it will only last us a week. I’m not currently experiencing any particular female issue, but have in the past. For extra help with urinary or vaginal issues, I would definitely be willing to reach for this product containing special probiotics for vaginal health and added cranberry for urinary tract health. It also has enzymes to further help with digestion concerns experienced by both men and women. The cost is a little high for only a 15-day supply. It expires soon on 10/23. It’s shelf stable, but refrigeration is recommended. Therefore, I feel this is best as a short-term, specialized probiotic.

I tend to change probiotic supplements every month, with the rationale being that you want to foster a wide variety of good bacteria in your gut.This one is part of the rotation. It has an impressive 36 different strains, and if you take the recommended dose of 2 capsules a day, you are getting a whooping 200 billion CFU, which is just... a lot. I am sticking with one capsule per day, so 100B CFU (still a high dose), to also keep this at a 30-day supply (which gets the cost at less than $1 per day, not bad for a good probiotic).36 strains, as included in this supplement, is an impressive number. For sure it includes the ones I am usually looking for. The full dose might be justified as an intervention strategy, but ultimately remember that you want to be sustaining those bacteria yourself. The prebiotics included in these pills are interesting, but the quantities included are nothing to write home about - you need way more than what is provided there, hopefully coming from your diet.Overall, at the dose I am taking (1 pill a day) I think this is a very nice, strong wide spectrum supplement. I would only take it at the recommended dose if I had a problem, or after a round of antibiotics, and I would certainly mark this product for that. For routine use, I do think it's a bit too strong, but not bad to keep on rotation.

The contents of these is so thorough for women that I applaud it as a staple for me from now on.I recently started taking these to restore my gut/digestive flora after some pretty heavy antibiotics.These work like a charm. I have had no adverse reactions so far and I feel great. My digestive system honestly feels better/healthier after the antibiotics now that I've been taking these probiotics.No loose bowels which is usually a negative side effect of being post antibiotic and yeah. These worked great.I take only one at a time, twice a day around the times I eat. The bottle says take two capsules but doesn't specify when and I'm usually pretty cautious when taking new supplements because I have a sensitive body, so I took one a day at first with nothing but a great results so I upped it to twice a day at different times and it's still awesome.I'm just saying do what works for you!Highly recommend!

These capsules arrived intact and undamaged. They are small, and so I did not have any issues with swallowing them. I also did not have any bad after effects from taking them. When I say that there are a lot of bacteria strains in the probiotic blend, please believe me. It was so many that I decided not to count them. Also included is a resistant starch, labeled as a prebiotic fiber blend. Since resistant starches do not break down, they are allowed to ferment in your large intestine, and more good bacteria is made. Cranberry extracts and digestive enzymes are also included in the formula for their health benefits. No artificial bad stuff, vegan, and made in the USA, what more could you ask for? Since taking probiotics for overall health, I feel that I get sick less often. I find them to be an easy way to enhance a healthy lifestyle.

My wife and I both take probiotics each day. We're not doctors, but we do consult with our docs each year at our checkups. Going over our supplements with our docs is very helpful, because they've offered wise advice each time. And we're mentioning that as a recommendation for other customers: Check with your docs as you develop your plan for supplements. For her, this seemed to be a good choice.However, looking at the suggested retail price, it's more than we would want to pay when reordering probiotics. There possibly could be some science to suggest this is a particular good brand, but they seem to be like others we've had and, at that point, we have to make selections based on price. That's why we're giving these 3 stars.
