It really works with no side effects 👌💗💗💊
I suffered iron deficiency anaemia over the last 15 years and I was prescribed different iron supplements by doctors. However, I wasn’t able to take the doctors’ prescriptions for more than 20 days as the supplements prescribed caused stomach problems, constipation and bloody stools. And therefore the problem persisted. I tried to improve my iron levels through diet but it was almost impossible because in addition to my low iron levels, my diet was veggie, and with the blood lose every month with my period, the iron levels barely improved. It was always like this until I recently discovered this brand of gentle iron and decided on my own to give it a try, without asking any doctors prescriptions. I followed the bottle instructions and started to have 1 capsule 💊 a day in the morning with my breakfast. After only 20 days of taking it, I started to feel better, less tired. It has been more than 4 months now that I am taking the supplements and my iron levels have significantly improved. I just had a blood test last month to check my iron levels and now they are finally on the normal range (15ug! I left a picture of my test result). I am so happy to see that this supplement really works and didn’t cause any side effects. I will continue taking it for some months more to fully recharge the levels. I also improved my diet by eating more green vegetables, nuts and legumes. And hopefully the results will last once I stop taking the supplement. Overall, I am very happy that I found this gentle iron which works really well so I can suggest those suffering from iron deficiency to consider this supplement as an option to solve the problem. I uploaded some pictures and my test results 😊 and I hope this helps.

Gentle on the stomach and easy to take
I started taking these because I wasn’t sure I was getting enough iron from my diet and wanted to give my body a bit of extra support. I’ve always been a bit cautious with iron supplements because they can sometimes cause side effects, but these really have been gentle—just like the name says.No upset stomach, no nausea, no constipation. I’ve had no issues at all. I make sure to leave a few hours between these and my other supplements, especially anything with calcium or magnesium, just to help with proper absorption. That routine has worked really well for me.I take them with a bit of vitamin C to help them absorb and so far, I’m really happy with them. They’re easy to take and feel like a nice, simple way to support my energy and health.

Gentle on stomach
I use Solgar's iron regularly as I have Hashimotos and need to keep my iron levels up. I like that it's non-constipating and it doesn't affect my stomach. I don't like that it uses magnesium stearate so if I manage to find another alternative that doesn't use it, I'll favour that product.

It works
My ferritin was at an alright level of 54.3µg/L, but I decided to increase it for further health benefits.I have been taking a mix of "iron and other supplements" for a year, but only during the day after meals. After a recent blood test I saw that my iron level has not moved at all in a year! I cannot highlight this enough - the only way to get iron absorbed is you need to take it in the morning on empty stomach with Vitamin C (at least 500?). I also have very sensitive stomach so had to try these ones. That's what I did for a week - I did take more than the recommended dose, but that was my choice. Just so it happened that I had another scheduled blood test at the end of that week and my iron level was now 56.3µg/L. Basically ferritin increased by 2µg/L in one week.Pretty confident this supplement did this and I will continue now with this approach until I get it to at least 100µg/L.Also, no stomach ache or other side effects!I will update my review when I do another blood test.
