Vegan and swallowable (just).
Who likes swallowing horse pills?, not me! But as a vegan who needs to improve his HDL levels these algy derived omega 3 capsules are ideal. If it works I'll get back to you in a year's time. If it doesn't work then,.. well, it's been nice knowing you.

Easy to swallow

Everyone should take DHA for brain health. People tend to believe that fish is a good source of essential fatty acids, though there's huge evidence that the levels of mercury and other pollutants now outweigh any benefits from eating fish. As you can get excellent DHA from algae grown in controlled conditions without any contaminants, and as that DHA comes in a reliable dosage, it makes sense to cut out the middle man and grab a bottle of good quality supplements - second hand is best for many things, but not nutrients.These DHA capsules are reasonably priced, excellent quality, taste of nothing, and you can set up a regular purchase.

Good product for vegetarians
These vegan Omega-3 capsules are great and seem to be the best in the UK. (I used to order Solgar from the US but they took ages to come). The only problem is that the capsule itself is quite flimsy and I've had a few capsules burst. Otherwise they're great.

Decent strength, and small capsules, making them easy to swallow. Don't stick or cause indigestion. Will use again.

Purchased recently. Nice little capsules which are easy to swallow. I have an exam coming up and was hoping the omega would boost my concentration which I think it has... Although, I am writing this review instead of my essay..
