This is really well made, and I think is going to survive lots of play easily.It was tricky to put together, but worth the effort (I didn't totally follow the instructions as felt it better to get all the outside walls on, and square, before inserting internal walls). Take your time to get it right.There was nothing missing, holes are predrilled and countersunk, and overall the finish is really good,( just one small dob of wood glue required for a decorative piece that had slightly delaminated). Certainly much better made than any other doll furniture I have come across.Small hands find doors easy to open and easy to lift off roof, and small people can also get hands in and out of doors without removing the roof. Really like the stand alone fences and chunky water trough, also the doors stay open or closed as hinges nice and stiff. Note : in case it is not clear you have two stables and a tack room (with bench and tack rack), 4 fence panels and a water trough.The stables building is a really, good size and has some beautiful details, so although relatively expensive you are getting a decent toy for your money.Bottom line is that my daughter and her friend love it, as do the assorted horses and dolls.NB too small for barbie to get in, but she is completely out of proportion to normal humans anyway! Enabled conversation about how barbie dolls are not the shape of real women. Perfect for Lottie, she can lie down on the bench in tack room.

We were amazed at how heavy the box was! We bought it in advance at half the price , for our granddaughter in Italy! We will take it over to Italy by car, later this year. I found Lottie dolls on Amazon 3 years ago, they are small for little hands, modelled on 9 year old girls, (no boobs, makeup or high heels and risqué clothing). I have bought all the different Lottie dolls and clothing, and give them to our over 3 year olds in the family! There are a couple of boys too , friends of Lottie, so no one is left out! Most girls in our family are horse mad, so it fits in perfectly!

Beautifully made , granddaughter absolutely loves it

Loved this, my Granddaughter got this for her 9th Birthday. It's perfect, sturdy and easy to play with and it doesn't have lots of little pieces to lose. She has over the years got most of the Lottie dolls, they give young girls a better body image as they're based on a childs body. The stable is faultless, perfect for a little girl that likes horses.

This was very expensive but I assumed it would be good quality but it’s a poor flat pack that you have to put together and in my case the bits were broken and useless. Save your money!

Item looks to have great potential but parcel came with no screws - not ideal 10 days before Christmas

Extremely sturdy once built. Some of the pre drilled holes did not match up with what was shown in the instructions but it was still followable.

This is a great product with a few questionable details. We paid £29.99 just before Christmas and now it’s up for £99.99.It’s worth £30 but not much more, we were also disappointed it doesn’t come with a doll or a horse.I’ve had to make a few repairs as the fences are only glued so they had came apart prior to opening for the first time.
