I have worn a number of different knee supports over the years and while they have been good they all tend to bunch behind the knee a bit. This is the best support I have had. It is great doesn't bunch up behind my knee or slip during running or badminton. I measured my knee as described and ordered the large. My knee measurement was at the top end of the specified range but I prefer my supports to be tight. this one is tight but a good fit and comfortable. I couldn't wear this all day as it is too tight for that, but it is great to wear for an hour or two while running or playing sport.I bought one at first and was so pleased I bought a second for my other knee. Time will tell if it loses its elasticity (most do over time) but it certainly looks very well made so hopefully will last a good while.I am very pleased with this knee support. my only advice would be to measure carefully and be careful to choose the right size for the use you need.

I bought a pair of the Kuangmi knee supports in upgraded blue one brand new and one used from Amazon Warehouse deals which was less then half the original price. I bought them to replace my Nike Open-Patella compression knee sleeves which are made from neoprene and have worn them for many years while playing basketball. These are excellent to wear and my old Nike sleeves can't even compare. The fitting is great, the upgraded silicone gel is superb in giving extra support from holding the knee in place and bumps. I've got other knee support sleeves where they have a silicone gel band inside to prevent the sleeve from slipping. I'm glad these don't and use a rather flexible spring on both sides of the sleeve as anti-slip and they actually do prevent the sleeves from sliding even when in motion. Great design and great product.

Bought this to replace a very heavy hinged knee brace, I still use that brace but using it daily was actually negatively affecting my knee, I also have to wear it over clothing so people notice it..This brace is much lighter in weight. I find the support with the springs is okay for light to medium use, if I was doing more walking or demanding activities I'd probably revert to the hinged brace for my knee.What I really love is the this fits under my leggings, jeans and trousers - so it's barely noticeable - which I love.Delivery wasn't quite as quick as I'd have liked but then I didn't realise it was coming from the other side of the world - could job the sizing was true to the guide.

Before I bought this my osteoarthritis (OA) was quite bad in my right knee. I was limping quite badly and was in pain constantly, day and night.I've been wearing the brace daily at work for about three weeks and I have to say that this has significantly reduced the pain in my knee.I started to feel an improvement in my condition after just a week. I am surprised by the results tbhSizewise I was at the upper limit for large. So the fit is snug and doesn't roll down or slip at all.This is a well made, robust, unobtrusive and is very comfortable to wear. You forget that you are wearing it.

Unfortunately it seems that I am allergic to something that is in this knee support so am unable to wear it, but when I was wearing it was comfortable and supported my knee.I am getting a full refund, thank you

By far the best knee support I ever own. I have had a torn meniscus so need a knee support to play any impact sports. After years of trying all sorts of support, this is by far the most comfortable and effective I ever had. Thinking of getting another one for the other knee as well.I got the one with the gel support, it's fantastic. Make sure you make the right measurement to get the correct size. I thought I was small but got the medium and it is the right fit.

I bought 2 of these after experiencing disappointment with some Lonsdale ones which kept rolling down and cutting in above the knee.These however are fantastic, I got the middle priced set and they are worth it. The nice wide, flat, elastic band at the top means they don't cut in, roll down or slip. I usually wear them for 3 hours at a time for various sports and activities and pretty much just forget about them, I've never worried about them slipping down.The other bonus for me is that they're quite discreet, you can't even tell I've got them on under my gym/yoga trousers.The sizing chart was perfectly accurate for me, they fit really comfortably, just follow the instructions and you should be fine.The blue is more of a grey to me which I actually prefer anyway and the fabric is pretty soft and seems breathable, at no point have I had to peel them off or have I noticed them being warm or hot.I really can't think what else to say about these other than they're the best ones I've found yet.

The sleeve itself is quite thin but the padding around the patella is great, i use them for bjj and they do tend to fold down but overall i am happy with them (I use one on each knee). It remains to be seen how long they will stand up to vigorous use, I imagine that the wire on the sides will wear through.. The numbnuts at the company sent them individually even though it was one order so i had to pay double for parcel motel ...
