So cute, but make sure you read the measurements and not just look at the photos. These are a lot smaller than they look in the photos.

I feel misled by the product pictures. These coasters are so small that they will fit inside my cup. My cup is small and measures about 3 1/2 inches across to give you a reference. I measured the round part of the coaster and it measured less than 3 inches across. I even tried to place my coffee cup in the center of the coaster but the plastic button eyes were raised and caused my cup to sit unevenly and elevated on one side. I wish they were a little bigger, they are cute.

Just got these yesterday, so I can't speak for absorbency, etc. Only can say they are cute and to pay attention to the measurements..... Pictures definitely make them out to be larger than they are. I am glad I got them sine they are cute and seem well made.
