I purchased 4 camera system from Hiseeu. I installed all 4 cameras. I was unable to get them to work on my phone. They worked on the TV but I needed to be able to see what's going on when I'm not home. One more issue was 1 camera did not work. I was texting the service center and they had me do everything in the book which I tried myself and could not get the camera to work. So he said he would let the service people know what problem I was having and they would get back to me. Well 2 weeks went by and nothing.So I purchased a different system not one of theres and it's workinggreat. So now I have to throw away 3 good cameras and a hard drive that is useless to me.I'm not very happy for loosing a few hundred dollars being retired and on a budget.

I use 2 of these with solar and other 2 with included alternate plug in adapter, based on placement. The picture quality far exceeds my former 3 mp cameras, and the ability to zoom and manipulate are handy. After buying at least 10 camera systems over the past 15 years, I am quite satisfied with my 2 sets of hiseeu. The other set is wireless, but not solar. We monitor both on large TVs in living room.

Absolute junk! We've had two wired systems over the past 10 yrs and thought we'd "Upgrade" to a wireless security system. what a mistake. The system has a 1tb of storage yet the company pushes cloud storage and limits you access to most your video only letting you see maybe 10 second clips and then pushing the cloud storage. The units advertised as 1tb of on board storage but you cant access it. God forbid your system goes down as I've not had access to ANY of our 10 camera's for about 10 days now and it appears no way to reconnect even with the right password. We've had the system 3 months now so its just money thrown away as its not returnable! Try to get online assistance? another pathetic joke! My 8 yr old wired Night Owl system puts this system to shame. Save your money and move on to something else!

I began my security camera business with Hiseeu last October.And I learned a lot from the real battlefields - residential houses, commercial buildings like Chevron gas station, Teriyaki restaurant... -. When I encoutered problems, Hiseeu guys helped me.How to use the repeater to expand the wifi, how to make the extended antenna for the cameras, how to use mounting gears.. Less than a year, I can call myself as a security camera system expert.Hiseeu camera systems are not high end ones. But the quality is not cheap. You can have an excellent result with Hiseeu camera systems when you know what you are doing. I mostly use 5mp wireless systems and solar ones. If you are looking for security camera system balanced between price and quality, I strongly recommend Hiseeu.

This time Hiseeu Solar PTZ four-camera system with 1 TB NVR from Amazon is easy to setup. . Set up the system and all four cameras without any problem in couple hours . The system of four came pre-configured to the NVR. Range is good to cover both front and back yard. The solar power keep up very well. They keep fully charged as long as the solar panels have couple hours of sun. Video is very clear and it also have color mode at night. I would recommend this system to anyone!

camera's have a clear picture and can rotate to get a good view of the surrounding area. Price not bad either.
