The vitamins are wonderful..

These came well sealed, are easy enough to swallow and have a good blend of ingredients. I do not hesitate to recommend them, but I do think some improvements could be made.First, these capsules have ingredients like Magnesium and Zinc that are both in their Oxide forms, which aren't the best or most bio-available forms of those minerals. So I'd just leave them out, reduce the overall capsule size (these are on the bigger side), and increase the capsule quantity so that there is more days of supply of the actual "Vision" supplements like Lutein, Vitamin A, etc.Speaking of the Lutein, I never really like when supplements just list something like "Eye Health Blend 481mg" and then list a bunch of ingredients. Because then I don't know how much of which ingredient I'm getting, which always makes me suspicious that I'm getting more of the "cheap stuff" and less of the "good stuff".

Good price, easy to take and has a lot of good ingredients. No complaints.

I would’ve given it a five star except it has an ingredient in it that I don’t usually want any of my supplements. I normally wouldn’t purchase a supplement with silicon dioxide in it or silica. They are both the same thing. But I’ve continued to buy them. I bought four bottles now because I love all the ingredients other than that in them and would recommend it for that as long as you know, there is the other product in it.

Just want to keep my eyes healthy, switched to a vitamin made just for promoting good eye health, will know when I go to my next check up.

This stuff WAS great. I felt a lot less strain and stopped using drops as much BUT look up "Beta-Carotene" under the news section of Google and you'll see new research, studies, papers, etc, that all agree humans should not be taking thisI stopped taking this after reading enough evidenceNone of this is the brand's fault as this research is brand new and the product was formulated before that finding was released. I'm certain (I'm hoping at least), the brand will replace the Beta-Carotene that's in it with something less harmful4 stars to be fair
