It seems to do an adequate job counting how many times the beam is broken, which is what it's supposed to do. But the price is pretty ridiculous for what it is. However, it's also about the cheapest piece of hardware to provide this function, that I've been able to find. So ... it'll have to do.

Easy setup and works very simply which is great for our stores.

So far working great. We are using it for visitor counts.

Headline says it all. Changing the batteries does nothing. They never did fit quite right. My guess is some component or other inside died.

Worked as specified ! The system cannot distinguish between inbound and outbound traffic unless you have a separate entrance and exit. Otherwise, if you use the same entrance and exit way, you just need to divide by 2 !
