I own this and it is a terabyte but I’m not willing to use the software to give you the report. I can just tell you from using it. It is a good product and I store all of my music for my DJ business. Has been very reliable.

Q: Is this qlc or tlc nand?

I have no idea qlc or TLC chipsets but runs cooler than all of my 2 tb nvme external USB 3.0 3.1gen2 3.2 gen2 drives

Q: Is it compatable with Xbox x?

Yes. The drive must be at least 256 GB and be formatted by the Xbox.x to exFat. If you wish to store games on your drive and only use it for your Xbox.x, choose "Games & Apps." Then it will work very well. Good luck!

Super Fast and Compact Design

This tiny SSD looks so good, I’ve been uploading files since morning and it is super fast. It is getting hot during transfer but it is acceptable.

Really Good Value for money. 2 Months Use Review.

Good for the price, Super Small in Size, and super fast Read and write speed. Remember to use the cables it comes with to get the best performance, if you use any other cable it won't be as fast. Also, it sometimes gets hot but then I noticed it cools down after 10 minutes of being connected. I'm using it currently on the M4 Mackbook Pro, I've also connected it to my iPhone 12 and my Android phone and there were no issues whatsoever.
