Definitely helps bring down fever in children. Great product.
I don't like to give my kids too much medicine unless it's really necessary as I believe doing that can't be too good for them in the long term (just my opinion). I took some of these on holiday and my daughter ended up getting ill and kept waking up in the middle of the night burning up.We tried these that night and they really work! Didn't use any medicine in conjunction with these and they brought her temp down a bit and also kept her sleeping the entire night. Very impressed with these.They're slightly tricky to peel apart but when you put them on, they really do stick on the child's head and stay on all night keeping them cool.

The MOLLE sheath is of exceptional quality. Very happy with my purchase.
Cut or tear open pouch and remove one Kool'n'Soothe Soft Gel Sheet. Remove transparent film from the back of the gel sheet and discard. Place gel sheet on skin. If desired, cut sheet to suitable size with scissors. Store unused gel sheet in the foil pouch to prevent drying. For best results, use each sheet only once.

The expiry for the ones I have are years down the line (2025 on a box in my drawer) so plenty of time and like other poster has said when you use one the pack can be rolled up at the top to keep the other fresh.
