Really pleased with this. It was despatched very fast, and well-packed for protection. The item itself was a bit bigger than I expected, which was a bonus. I messaged the seller who helpfully customised the personal poem/message inside to my request. The item itself was nicely wrapped in a gift bag and red bow too, so I am confident my fiancee will be very pleased with this on Valentine's Day!
