No unpleasant side effects!
I received the unflavored product yesterday and had a scoop last night. Even one scoop seemed to help me sleep and this is the first magnesium product that didn’t hurt my stomach. I am extremely sensitive and can tolerate this. Thank you.

Difficult to dissolve
The raspberry lemonade taste seemed ok on the first dose or two, but after that I found it hard to choke down. I found it helped if I mixed it the night before. It seemed to dissolve better that way. The magnesium helps keep your pipes clear! It's effective, but the taste leaves soemrhing to be desired, and the mixability should be improved.

I tried to dissolve this product in cold water - didn't work and didn't taste good. Next night, tried to dissolve in hot water - didn't work. Used a shaker bottle - didn't work. Even tried to mix it into a smoothie in blender. This product simply does not dissolve! It stays sandy, gritty, thick and flaky, no matter what. I can not continue to try to drink this stuff. Unfortunately, can not return.

Need more than 1 month to confirm results.
Product tasted good . I was hoping it would help me sleep better. Some days were better than others. I'm trying once more to see if month 2 is any improvement or more consistent. If so, I'll adjust the rating.
