Twitfish USB Retro Metal Fan - Black

I ordered this to replace a 6 inches one which stopped working after a few days of purchase. The reason I ordered this one is probably the cheaper I can find with lots of good reviews and I am not disappointed.It actually looks nearly identical to the 6 inches one I had with one button turn on/off at the back. (photos for size comparison) So the question is that how does it perform and what size should you go for if you are considering both sizes.To be honest, size does make a difference, I do prefer a 6 inches one. I can sure feel the difference with the 2 inches loss. Having said that, this fan is doing a pretty good job. For its size, I think it is a strong little fan. I am happy about its performance. It is also study and pretty as what it is. Noise wise, pretty much the same as the 6 inches one. Not quiet but ok.Now should you go for a 4 inches one or a 6 inches one? I would say depends on if you mainly use it beside the pc/laptop or if you want to use it with a bit more distance than that (e.g. bedside fan) If you just want it sit beside the pc, this 4 inches cutie should be enough, 6 inches would be better for bedside fan imo.There is one little thing about this fan is you cannot really move its angle downwards as much, both legs on the side prevent that. I don’t think it’s a big problem as we normally wouldn’t need it to get to that angle anyway unless you put the fan on an upper surface and want it to point down to you.Another thing to note is this fan does come with 3 rubbers for you to put onto the legs. In my pictures it doesn’t show cause I didn’t put them on. However, I find that maybe better without actually or doesn’t make any difference for stabilizing the fan.Hope this helps.

For the size this fan is a life saver in the office. It has one fixed setting which provides gentle cool breeze. Not enough to blow papers off your desk and just enough to keep you cool. The blades are aluminium which is brilliant far better than the cheap plastic ones out there. The whole body is sturdy and made well. All metal body. No maintenance and the motor produces a very quiet sound which is more than acceptable. Nice and compact size too does not take up much space on the desk. No batteries needed just usb port!! For the price paid this deserves 5*. However if your expecting the performance of a normal desk fan powered by mains this is not for for.

Whilst this is a really well made product, being both sturdy and robust, it just does not output a decent airflow. Even at a few inches from my face, I could hardly feel it. If the temp of your environment is the low 20's or less, then go for this, if , however, you want something to keep you cool while gaming, then get something else. Not a bad product, just not suitable for anything above 20c or so.

This product is perfect for me. I had it plug to my bedside cabinet and use it every day.My husband put our home warm because he does not want to put on layers of clothing unnecessarily.Although it is quite noisy, I am very happy with it. I even have one in the car.Definitely would recommend this product.

Great fan, have it on alot at work and it's never overheated, doesn't smell burny and works a treat at cooling me down. Great metal frame as well so sits nice and heavy never gradually wobbling across the desk.

Worked great for the first two months but now only works if the wire is located at a certain angle. Which is not ideal as I can’t move around my desk

The servcie was prompt. The fan itself for the size and price is total value for money! I use it on my office desk in this Summer heat and it does the trick without a sound, and its greenand funky! Buy it! Bargain!ThanksTecWins!

Fine whilst it was working if a little bit noisy. Stopped working with no warning... not acceptable after only two month’s usage. Can’t recommend on this basis.
