Very fustrating
No user and/or quick guide. Finally figured out out how Maps works by resetting system. Took me 4 days to figure it out!! LOL . They promised a sim removal tool but it was not in box either.If you want this phone proceed at your own risk It helps if you're a good troubleshooter because there is NO support.

Does Not Work in Thailand
When the phone was taken to be activated we were told it can't be used in Thailand. Also, to obtain directions as to how it was used we had to obtain instructions via the internet as none were provided by the supplier.

The Flip is good!
The product is satisfactory, quality is reasonable, and meets my expectations as far as the price is concerned. I would consider purchasing it again!

An adequate basic flip phone
I like the small size of the device. It came unlocked and therefore not attached to any carrier. Will need to contact a carrier and obtain a Nano SIM card. When this is accomplished, I will report further.
