Initial hiccup but sorted promptly and efficiently.
The item arrived on time but unfortunately 4 out of the 10 dishes were broken. This was a surprise as the items were well packaged, tightly wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap and then in a sturdy box, can only think that the box must have been dropped or something heavy dropped on it. We contacted the supplier direct and spoke to a very nice gentleman who was very apologetic and offered to replace the damaged items immediately. Replacements arrived within a couple of days and after following the care instructions to soak the items, they were used for a dinner party that weekend.

This is for 1 dish NOT 10!!!! I just got caught out by reading other peoples questions and answers.I ordered 2 lots so should have got 20 bowls but only received 2!Take note; the questions and answers are from previous years. This is May 2018!!!I had ordered the same last year on numerous occasions and it was about £10 to £12 for 10 bowls.I thought £5.09 was suspicious which is why I checked the questions and answers first.....I should have gone with my original suspicion!

A little too small ( the measurement is for the outside diameter-should have gone for the 14cm size).That is our fault, the real problem is the awful smell that can't be washed away, after baking prawns or garlic mushrooms in them. The kitchen cupboard now stinks, putting my wife off using them again. And trust me, we've tried many times to clean them. They've only been used once, but washed five times!
