I have tried a few other tapes but this extra sticky Rock Tape is the best in my opinion. When used correctly it’s supportive, withstands daily showers and with care stays in place for 5-7 days

This tape is great, I couldn't run without it, I T band pain stopped me from running. Since using this tape I'm back out running with no pain at all.It is extra sticky so shave your legs before putting on as the stuff just doesn't want to come off.

Gives great support and can survive a 30 min swim session but one tiny little catch of a corner and it starts to unstick. It comes off quite easily after a swim but won't stay on longer than a day. I've had better luck with Sporttape (cheaper too). I have sensitive skin but this was fine but do not put any stretch on the ends otherwise you may end up with a rash. I had it on under a unloader knee brace but the brace started to peel it off.

Best tape ive ever bought, stays on for days and ultra sticky especially I used over the knee cap and this is always moving, very efficient and effective

Overall its fine as kin tape. I have knee problems and it helps with the pain that comes with being quite active. However, this is normal for kinesology tape. Its not bad tape- just not stickier than usual Rocktape or other tapes. It lasts me maybe 3 days max because whilst most of it sticks some part of it will always start to lift at some point and this obviously results in the rest of it slowly coming off across the next day or two. Original rock tape has lasted me longer before definitely. Not bad but no point switching from usual rocktape either in my opinion.

A physio specifically recommended that I buy RockTape for an extremely painful tennis elbow, as a last resort before considering an operation. I must admit that I was very sceptical, but I was also willing to try anything to avoid surgery. I chose this one as it was the only one advertised as ‘extra sticky’.The online physio told me how to put it on, and within 24 hours I could feel the difference. From being in constant pain, I was able to actually move my arm a bit. And within a few days I could even use my arm a little. It has now been about 3 weeks and it is slowly continuing to improve, as long as I don’t forget and overuse it again. It has now been agreed for me to continue using this tape for 6 months, as hopefully it will continue to improve and I will no longer need surgery.And as for the extra sticky claim, I can have at least 3 showers or baths with this tape on and it doesn’t come off! So I think it is true to its word.I really can not recommend this product highly enough, especially from one who was initially sceptical. I have just ordered my second one, to stock up for the 6 months.

Great tape. It's important to do skin prep beforehand - clean with a mild soap, then apply a few drops of benzoin tincure (also available on amazon). Cut the tape's corners so they're curves and there's not a single point of lifting, and rub firmly after applying. I've used it for knee injuries and would 100% rebuy.
