I purchased this to have ongoing emergency contact with my husband who hibernates upstairs in his man cave but has several major medical conditions. The placement of this in the garage has become the # 1 use. Several times family members have been locked outside the house and they have used the alert to notify us to unlock the door. It gives me a sense of confidence that everyone is on sound alert if any issues need addressing.

I have been pleased with this system for several years. When new additional call buttons did not work, customer service promptly determined the problem and made appropriate adjustments. A design change made these buttons incompatible with the older system. Very good purchase.

We have this system installed in a 3-story home. The call button will activate the alarms on all three floors and will even activate an alarm set up outside. This is a perfect system to allow somebody in your home call for help!
