This product is easily the worst thing I've purchased from Amazon. The product arrived with one of the side panels broken. There are scratches all over the panels with paint missing. The holes for the hinges aren't predrilled. The floor piece is a light piece of wood, so, depending on how heavy your kids toys are, it could break. The box this toy box arrived in appeared undamaged, so these problems likely stem from the seller.

While this is adorable, it arrived banged up and had a black sticky substance on the lid. After much effort, I removed it but it left a slight stain. For the money, it is not well made and quality control is def lacking. Our granddaughter loves it and overall I’m pleased but wish it would be worth what I spent. Like most prouducts today, no one cares about producing quality merchandise.

This is a really nice gift for our grand daughter, but I wish it came with instructions on how to put it together, then maybe it wouldn't have taken us 2 hours to put it together.

We bought 2 of these for our young Grandchildren for Christmas. One was received without the hardware but it was promptly shipped with no issue. When we started assembling the other one, we noticed that the personalized panel didn’t fit. It appears the wrong box was shipped because it’s clearly different from the other box we assembled. We’re working with the company, and I fully expect all will be resolved.Other than the logistics issues, the boxes seem to be very high quality. Most of the instructions were very easy to follow and understand. The installation instructions for the hinges was not so easy to see, so it took a few tries to get them installed correctly. For others who may have sight challenges, I’ve attached a couple photos so maybe you won’t have the same problem I had. The boxes appear to be very safe for little fingers.

This toy box is stunning! Not only was the seller easy to talk to about my sons unique name--but it came just as fast as a prime two business day shipping item! I did have to use my little drill to get it together quickly, but everything else was provided minus a drill/screw driver.

Very happy with this toy box! I got the box with the butterflies. They are beautiful! Doesn’t look cheap or tacky. This is the second toy box I have received from this company and I’m very happy with the quality of the product.Both boxes were for my granddaughters.I also got the pink polka dot cushion for the top, which just makes it look adorable. The only thing I would suggest is that you have some more colors for the cushion besides pink or blue.Very happy with my purchase.
