Yes as per the write up. However did anyone think? when used it leaves your ears ringing for hours afterwards, so only use as a survival tool or in an emergency. I bought it to use as a warning when out on my mountain bike to people when approaching.

Very loud! My dogs can hear it from a distance (even if they don't always respond).....

small, convenient to carry, easy to find due to colour.the black lace could be a bit longer to allow the whistle to be thread through itself and attach that way - it lacks a clear way to attach as it currently is.

Piercing sound, good for games, neat design, can be kept in pocket and easily seen by its bright colour.

This is loud - eye wateringly so. I bought it for safety reasons and think most people would find it nice to have at hand when out alone in the middle of nowhere. (Trail running or hiking for example.) Otherwise probably good for referees and to use as a warning shot across someone's bows. It light, feels robust enough and it's orange, my favourite colour.
