Dungeon Chronicle - 300 Pages

I ordered this for a campaign i have been running for over a year now, and the group loves it. The room you have to compile notes and draw maps is great, also tracking players in the front pages is a great addition.I would recommend this for all long term campaigns as its great to reflect on things that have happened.

A great product, with a well-considered layout that lends itself well to any D&D campaign.

Fantastic books, the two available pictures do not do them justice. The first few pages are devoted to your currebt campaign, with room for players names and character names beside them. You also get pages devoted to gear, your own and the groups kitty, with room to write down who is carrying it. No more gems going missing when rouges are around! Plenty of room on the pages to make additional notes and unless it is a particularly long campaign, more than enough pages to write everything that happens with a little artistic licence.This book is perfect for players chronicaling an adventure, or a GM writing it to run.The reason i only gave this 4 stars.... I want it in hard back. It would help justify the high price point.

If you know a DnD enthusiast, this will make a killer Xmas or Bday present. My son was the envy of his DnD group, his best friend vowed to slay him and take the spoils!

It served my purpose fine. The amount of certain pages was weird but nothing too critical.

To be honest I had some clue of what I was ordering, however when it arrived it seemed like more of a useful tool to a Dm/Gm, as it is just pointless to a player as I don’t need to remember Npc stats, as I wouldn’t know them, I think I gave it to a friend who was a Dm, and he found it useful but I felt like it was a wasted purchase

As a player, I like a lot of notes and writing about the adventure I'm on. As a gm, I like to organize my world and characters and I found this does both very well! I hope more people buy this product. I find it essential in my campaigns. I also use it as a writer in general as well to keep plots and characters neatly organized. 10/10 would buy again. In fact, I might pick this up a few more times! Thank you for making this product.

As the Dungeon Master I have multiple notebooks of POTENTIAL things the party COULD run into: people, places,etc. but this is so comprehensive in all the different aspects of a campaign that I only need just this notebook to keep track of what they ACTUALLY did see and do. It's becoming my go-to to make sure I don't lose track of what I plan and what happened.

I'm not going to lie, I'm a little disappointed with this purchase. There's nothing wrong with the book, and it's a stylistic way to keep track of your adventures. My problem is when it said, record up to three adventures, I thought they meant there was three segmented sections. Instead all of the character info, important persons, NPCs, exc.. are all in the front of the book followed by like 250 pages of lined pages for notes and recording your adventure. Like I said, I was hoping that it would divide it into three separate sections all with that info. I am a player in one campaign, and a DM in the other so it's just going to get confusing as I try to separate them... I mean I'll figure it out, but I thought I was paying $20 for a notebook because it was designed to track 3 adventures without worrying about all that. To be honest, you would be better off buying a notebook and use post its to divide it by yourself. A lot cheaper, and I'll probably be doing that with this book anyway.UPDATE: Moments after posting the review I noticed that it doesn't say up to three adventures anywhere... I apparently just assumed that so I'm giving it another star and going to make sure to read closer next time..

I liked this book. Lots of room for campaign notes. I think if I were to get another though I'd like more of a spiral bound book as this one doesn't enjoy staying open. If you are using it for a campaign that is going to last quite a while I recommend this one!

I was impressed by the quality and the things that were in the book that could help my son build his DND characters and with his ability to DM a higher quality game.
