There are many good quality 100% cotton watercolor papers, but in my opinion, Fabriano Artistico is the best. The brightness of the extra white paper helps the pigments glow and the sizing makes paints easier to lift. The hot press version of the paper is also an ideal surface for my colored pencil art. I've never been disappointed or frustrated by the performance of this paper.
