QIALINO Genuine Leather Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus Case Luxury Slim Thin Window Sleeve Cover for Samsung S8+, Brown

I am disappointed.Part of the leather border around the window has separated. I contacted the seller and they immediately responded asking for pictures of the defect, so I figured 'no problem, they're going to take care of it'.But there hasn't been a word since I followed up with the pictures 10 days ago.I'd be happy if they'd contact me and just tell me what kind of adhesive I could use to fix it.And to be honest, I was hoping that writing this review might 'light a fire under them' so to speak.It really is a nice product and if this can be resolved, I'd be perfectly happy with it.

This case exceeded my expectations, very awesome case.. :) The only thing I wish it did was to open on the bottom so the top cover hides underneath the phone.. Bending the top cover makes it not stay closed, but it stays in my pocket most of the time so it eventually folds back closes. Not taking a star away from that though, I knew this before purchase. Needed a closed cover due to my phone constantly pocket dialing 911UPDATE: Case edges seem to have dry rotted and fallen off just 6 months after having it on.. Have not dropped it since I got it. Very disappointing..

This Flip cover is nicely crafted but it is not Compatible with the Amoled Clock display app, "Always on Display" of Samsung Galaxy S8+ so the clock appears for a while and then disappears. I had also purchased genuine Samsung Flip cover for Galaxy S8+ where Amoled clock works fine. What is the use of this Qialino Flip cover if Amoled clock is not displayed through its window.

Mine is very stiff, particularly the "hinge" part. This means that I struggle bending the cover back when trying to use the screen. It is always trying to snap closed. And when I get it fully bent back, it tends to stay that way, so that it opens when I close it later on. I feel like I'm constantly fighting it. Maybe it'll soften up with use, but I've had it for over a week and it hasn't gotten any softer yet.

I LOVE this phone case. It is the most I have ever spent on a phone case but it is worth it. Well made, looks elegant and expensive.The window is perfect!! This window does not smudge at all. It is thick and sturdy like the rest of the case.

I ordered this and when I received it I was disappointed to see that it's not genuine leather as advertised. It feels more like plastic vinyl. I didn't mind paying more for a genuine leather case but wouldn't have if I had known it looks and feels like plastic. It is a nice looking case but if you are looking for a leather one this is not it!

Exactly what I wanted! It seems a of sturdy design, but the main thing is the flip cover wakes up and can be setup to open the phone. There are some configuration options under the phone settings to tweak what happens when it is opened.

Fits my phone fine but the sleep/wake does not always work. Not as good as the one I have for my previous phone.

This case is not worth the money they charge
