Bought this for my elderly cat, she is a bit creaky with arthritis but this heating pad has given her a new lease of life. She looks much more relaxed when she is sleeping now, even laying on her side which she hasn’t done for a while. The mat gets warm once she has been on it for a few minutes. I’m glad the cover is washable as it’s already covered in fur. Might get another for my 11yr old dog too

This feels very lovely to the touch. I love it is waterproof as dogs generally start licking their surroundings. The anti chew cord a great feature but my lady isn't a chewers.It reaches a good heat but best to only set half way as after a while it holds the heat.I bought 2 of these to cover both her sleeping spots 😴 one on the bed and one on the sofa.I wasn't sure it was having any effect as at first it didn't feel too warm.Let me tell ya lol I could not wake her for love nor treats. She was really really sleeping even using key words like treats or the korean hey (YA) Which for some reason is the only verbal command she will now adhere to lol she's weird.She was in such a deep cozy sleep. She has arthritis and takes meds (pain killers) and joint supplements everyday to help her with movement.This heat pad is a grand addition to her care. It is soooo cold 🥶 🤧 she needs it all day.Highly recommend for all.

Plus - good even adjustable heatMinuses - will only run for 12 hours without needing to be reset.Not good - two stopped working within days of each other after only a few month use.

Says chew proof and yet my dog has chewed through the wire on 2 of these mats.I won't be purchasing again.

So soft and gets to a perfect heat for mum and pups..bests thing is it fits mum and all her babies on at the same time :-)

I've had this a year now, it's robust, very easy to set, and the zippable cover makes it easy to clean. I can't imagine it being better in any category -- a very recommendable purchase.

Dogs love it can't get a better judgement than that

A good product. Just one weakness. If you power it off, you have to reset it when you power it back on again. It would be so nice if you could remotely power off and then back on again to the same setting.
