Use according to directions!!!!!
Have been cooking since I was 11, (52 years). You MUST follow the care / use instructions. I will say it took some getting use to. Only thing I do change is that I use butter for sunny side up or over easy eggs, but otherwise absolutely no complaints.

warped
It is bowed out in the middle, it does not sit flat on the stove. It rocks back and forth when I move the handle up and down. That annoys me, I threw it in the cabinet for a backup if all my others are dirty. I feel like that destroys the heat distribution. And, well, annoying to cook with lol.It is easy to clean though, not much difference in it and a non-stick pan. Love the size and shape.

Not the same as 'Hexclad'
I seasoned this pan as I do for all non-stick cookware, eggs stick to this. The bottom is also not flat for glass top stoves. I was very disappointed.

Hmmmm...
Update:After popping the lid for the pan in the dishwasher for the first time, water is now trapped under the red silicon spacer. So not only is it ugly, but it's also gross.-------------------------------------------------------------------I've purchased & used plenty of cookware over the years and this is the first time I've ever had to assemble cookware myself. As of 12/11/2023, the product page does not state that the pan requires assembly. Toward the bottom of the page, a "detachable handle" is listed as a special feature...intentionally misleading perhaps? That (and the fact that the pan arrives in a generic, unlabeled box) contribute to a poor first impression. The included instructions are barely adequate and (being printed in monochrome) make it a bit challenging to distinguish the hardware parts in the assembly steps. "I hope I'm doing this right" was my thought while completing the assembly.I can get past the self-assembly but what I can't excuse is the inaccurate main image on the product page. The pan comes with a bright red silicon spacer that sits between the glass lid and the lid's handle. The main image on the product page showcases both the pan and lid, but guess what's not there...the random, ugly red silicon spacer. Intentionally misleading?PROS1. The assembled pan weighs less than I expected it to.2. It heats up VERY quickly. My main pan used to cook most of my meals is ceramic and takes considerably longer to heat up (but it redeems itself by retaining heat for longer). By comparison, I'd say this pan heats up 2x-3x faster than my ceramic one.3. The non-stick feature worked well the one time I've used it so far (the pan only just arrived today). I used about 2 tablespoons of olive oil to scramble a few eggs and nothing got stuck to the pan. Although, the eggs broke into smaller pieces than I'm used to due to the textured surface of the pan. I tested just rinsing out the pan under the tap afterwards and nothing was left behind after a few seconds.CONS (aside from what I've already mentioned)1. The screws that the pan's handle connect to look like they're welded to the pan. All of my other pans have riveted handles (even my cheapies from years ago). I'm wondering how long the handle on this pan will last before it possibly breaks off.2. The very bottom of the pan has a very slight curve to it which prevents it from sitting completely flush against my glass cooktop stove (read: wobbly). I'm not sure yet since I've only used the pan once so far, but I'm wondering whether this will have an impact on foods cooking evenly.

Takes a few meals
This is a one pan wonder. Simple one meal dishes from the stove top to the oven.Takes a get of getting use to cooking as it holds heat exceptionally well.Love it!! So will you.

Very nice
Haven’t tried it yet , thought it was strange that we had to put a couple peices together when it arrived in box. The handle on the pan and lid had to be screwed on .

It is not non stick and flat.
Well, my previous frying pan is too old to be used, so we decide to give a try of this item. We tried several cooking methods, but the eggs, salmon, etc. are sticked on the pan. It could be non stick if we put so much oil, but all the pan, like iron cast pan, could do that with enough oil. In addition, we found that it has uneven bottom surface, deeper in the center and shallower towards the outer edge which is a big problem if you are going to use it on the glass cook top.

12 inch flat bottom with grade 316 stainless steel
I recommended this to my friends. Everything is good. I gave this 5-star because of product quality as well as the price.Unfortunately, after this order, the price went up from $79.99 to $190.+.My friend asked me to try Temu. Maybe I will.
