Beds nice.. Good headboard but the mattress has no springs! Ok now... For those who are confused about the wheels... Get a round headed screwdriver and push it through the wheel hole.. Spin the screwdriver in and out and around a few times and THEN push in the wheels with a bit of force, works perfectly! and for those confused about the headboard: if you can't find the hole behind the material look at my pics attached.. The holes for it are inbetween the staples.. Just Get a screwdriver and bore a hole in and twist, then attach the headboard legs & screw in the screws.Also, Delivery came 4 days after purchase even though the estimate delivery was 2 weeks away.

The bed itself is really good and the customer service I received from the company was also pretty good. However, my one criticism comes from the fact that you have to put this bed together and it comes with zero instructions on how to do so, in particular the plastic clips for joining the base of the bed together. However, as I did not want to damage my warranty or the base of the bed, I had to go on YouTube to find out how to join the clips to the base of the bed and it worked. I could try and explain it here but this review would be even longer. Its not hard and quite easy once you know how. However, surely this should be the responsibility of the company selling this bed and not left to an individual to try and work this out and have the possibility of damaging the base of the bed or the warranty.

This bed is beautiful,the pic on Amazon doesn't give it any justice to how it really is,the quality is outstanding,I have told and shown this bed to many people in its true form.outstanding thank you

The bed is excellent quality for its money and I had no problems with the holes for assembly. The description states the bed will only be delivered to your door so I don't understand the other reviews. My only point would be they said it would be delivered on the 26th but it came on the 23rd with no warning. Great that it came early but lucky I was home

ordered 2 of the large single beds.they were delivered ahead of the scheduled date but unfortunately we're delivered with the wring size headboards - the company quickly dispatched the correct sized headboards and apologised for the error.the beds are very easy to assemble and are very comfortable to sleep in - they were ordered for my teenage children who needed new beds.one of the boys is nearly 6 foot tall and he comfortably fits in the bed. the other boy is quite heavy and tall and he too had a very comfortable nights sleep in the bed.would recommend the beds and the company
