We were locked out of the system due to a change in internet and their customer service- which is not available via phone- was unresponsive. They wrote back at first, but then stopped communicating once they couldn’t fix our problem. We now have a machine that does not work and cannot be reset. Waste of money. Highly do not recommend

Very simple, affordable time clock!!

Worked great until we got a new router. Drop down menu not working so I cannot update wifi on the device. Tech support is pitiful and cannot be reached. No phone number anywhere. Emailed help request 9 hours 4 minutes ago and no response yet.

I have tried for 3 full days to get this time clock working for our business. No phone number for support, only tickets/emails. TimeMoto just wants to send me links to FAQ that I had already read through and still didn't fix my issue. Our old punch time clock stopped working so I needed one ASAP. I always read the reviews on products prior to purchasing them and this one seemed good for what I needed it for. NO! It shouldn't be this hard for a customer to request a phone call, not once but three times and still never be contacted. I know how to connect devices via WiFi and setup electronics very well so I never dreamed I would have any issues with this. This is will be returned without a doubt simply because I cant get support to care about helping their customer get a resolution.

I like that you can use this device without paying for a monthly subscription. You can sinc to it with one computer through your local network for free. If you want access from anywhere, there is software you can pay for, but I found it unnecessary for my needs. I have 11 employees and this device is so much better than the old time card device we had before. The reports and setup are easy to understand. You can set it up in a simple way, or make more complicated rules and work groups. The only reason I did not give 5-stars is because it doesn't come with any key-chain fobs. It does come with a bunch of "cards" for checking in and out, but I much prefer the key-chain fob and had to buy them separately. Other than that, I highly recommend.

Save yourself from a headache. This product is useless and garbage, doest sync up with the system and seller doesn't provide any support. They don't respond or call you back so save your money for a better product than this.

The set up is a little confusing, but the customer support is incredible!
