This item was the worst thing that I had ever used or try to use. It would not work as it stated, after I had tried a number of times to load onto the item it kept stating update, then connect for over three hours. I followed the directions as it stated and then when I went to support to find out why it would not reopen, all it would state was everything, but what was wrong with it. I was told by another friend that it must have been used before and sent to me as a new one, but not new given the fact that the card already had words written on it. I packaged it up and sent it back. I hope to find one that will work good, but I am afraid this one is not for me unless they can really send one that is new without anyone else haven written on the card. If you get one that has been written on the card or keeps telling you to format the reconnect every-time then sent it back, because it's not going to work for you.Thank youSusan

I opened the "sealed" box, to find a unit that had scratches on the LCD screen, and buff marks on the corners. For a hardware wallet where the security of the device is the main purpose of its existence, this is obviously very disconcerting. I contacted KeepKey to see fi they would help verify that the device was clean and unmolested from potential malware, but they informed me that they only guarantee the safety of their devices from certified sellers - which Vuviv is not one. Do not buy from this seller.

The product it very good it's just that some time when using it on my computer it sometimes freezer when ever I entered the pin to either verify that a transaction or simply changing the settings

The product has a default or malfunction so I can not get it to update or register to its network and I want my money back or replace it with one that functions correctly

Excellent, a little challenging for a non-technically inclined user but easy enough with through reading of the instructions.

i love this crypto cold wallet , has bigger screen than a ledger so much easier to use.

Anyone’s that’s in the know, knows that having a cold wallet is an absolute must. There’s a shortlist of cold wallets recommended by almost all Bitcoin related websites but keepkey seems to make it on all of them, and for good reason. Great platform support. Updates have now allowed protection of eth and eth blockchain coins and smart contracts.

Great product, very easy to use! The bundle is comes with everything you need (besides a computer or android phone) to buy/sell bitcoin. I have made several transactions and all went off without any issues. It looks and feels well made!

Works as advertised , more secure then online crap but not fan over the backup program that comes with the keepkey app, if your computer was compromised by hackers they could still access your wallet.

Pen was dried. The pouch doesn’t fit the device (you have to jam it in).I was looking to buy a keepkey device and thought the extra stuffs will add a nice add-on touch but I am disappointed.You are better off buying only the keepkey device.
