As with all supplements it is difficult at best to determine how well they work to improve ones health. You depend on the quality of the manufacturer to produce the product with the correct ingredients and in a safe manner. A GMP lab is generally a good starting point for authentic ingredients. You can always request a copy of the Certificate of Analysis from the manufacturer to verify the ingredients for the supplement. This product does have a GMP claim, they also display a simulated COA on their ad page, but I haven't requested a COA from the company to verify their ingredient claims. They claim to manufacture in the USA, but don't define the source ingredients. I'm assuming they source their ingredients from worldwide sources, and most likely from China. That being said I am going to assume that the product has the ingredients and quality as claimed.This product has a highly concentrated form of ingredients. Most of the ingredients are extracts from the original components in ratios of 10 to 1 up to 30 to 1. What this means is that you are getting the benefits of the active components without having to take all the bulk. It is a similar effect as from juicing. This is why this product has so much stuff in such a small capsule. Each capsule contains the equivalent of 10,000 mg of material, which is actually 10 grams. A standard 00 capsule can contain about 1 gram of product so you are basically taking 10 #00 capsules all at once. This concentrated form of ingredients helps to add to the overall value of the product.Being vegan the vegan capsules are an important feature for me. I'm also a fan of ethical sourcing, organic, and Non-GMO ingredients. Unfortunately this is not a vegan product. Most likely because of the source of the D3 being probably animal derived. If the product was reformulated to contain either D2 or plant based D3 it would be vegan marketable to a wider audience.So then it comes down to price and value. Is the price fair for what you are getting? I believe so. At 11 cents per capsule, this product has a low price. How does the quality of the product in juxtaposition with its price place it in the value category? I would rank it very high in value, being one of the best values in the supplement sector. Would I purchase this product in the future. Absolutely if I wasn't vegan. When it comes to longevity and basic nutritional promotion supplements, you get a tremendous bang for your buck with this Aumeto product. Unfortunately I will pass this supplement to a member of my family who is not vegan for their consumption. I'm wondering how much it would benefit my 97 year old mother.

It is hard to say whether supplements are working but since I want to take both Natto and CoQ10, I decided to take it through this supplement ,which gives me many other good ingredients at the same time. And it includes black pepper, for absorbtion, which none of the single ingredient capsules seem to include. What I really like about this one is that all the ingredients are listed, with the amount included. There is no "proprietary blend" where sometimes you see what the ingredients are and the total amount, but you have no idea how much of each is included. This is especially important if you are taking other supplements. Both nattokinase and resveratrol reduce blood clotting, which is good (unless you take too much). But you need to know how much you have taken is you are going to have something done where you will bleed ( like an operation, or dental work.) Knowing the amounts gives you enough information to take care of yourself.The capsule appears to be vegan. It doesn't say so on the bottle, but it does say that the capsule is cellulose and since all the ingredients are listed and appear to be vegan I am going to assume it is. There is some question about where it is made. While the label says "formulated in America", the listing says it is made in America and their website says "Aumeto supplements are backed by Science and made in the USA using top-of-the-line ingredients." So my bet is - Made in America.I see nothing wrong with this product and lots of good things, so 5* from me.
