ValuFurniture Oakleigh Natural Oak 3 Drawer Coffee Table

I am very pleased with the look of this table. A lovely pale oak colour. The delivery was quicker than anticipated (3 days). Packaging was slightly damaged and some of the metal drawer runners had slipped loose in the box and were rattling around. Luckily they did not damage the wood. The laminate is very thin and it is not the easiest of products to put together - just be very careful when handling as you build it that you do not damage the veneer. I did not use the supplied glue as experience in the past with glue supplied with self assembly furniture found these are usually poor quality and of insufficient quantity. I used good old Resin W wood glue. On the whole a good looking and sturdy product and would recommend it.

Having spent many hours trying to find a reasonably priced coffee table I ordered this one. The table itself is exactly as described, and represents excellent value for money compared with the others on offer both on the Amazon website and in the stores (yes including the cheap DIY ones and the bigger department stores). It does not have that usual "veneer" finish, the wood is pretty substantial-looking, and the table itself makes a very attractive addition to my living room! I am advised by my partner that the assembly instructions were easy to follow, though he definitely would have preferred help as there are quite a lot of pieces and the table itself is heavy. Delivery from The Plasma Centre was promised within a week but the order actually arrived the next day - thankfully I was at home to take the delivery as there was no tracking or advice on delivery forthcoming from the courier company. I am delighted with my purchase and will definitely use this company again. Thank you.

I bought this table last week, started to build it then realised that theres only about 30% of the glue that you will actually need, then discovered 3 cam bolts were missing, and 2 had no screw head so couldnt use anyway, and 3 of the cam bolts broke upon tightening, without using a powertool!, the table has been assembled though, but i couldnt fix the top down, so its just sitting in position, all in all, it would be a very solid table if they gave you proper fittings and enough glue to actually build it properly.

the table is really sturdy and the draws are good for hiding stuff you like to have to hand. the only thing was a tiny 1/2 inch mark on the top of the table which i only noticed after i'd put it together(took about 30 mins) but was easy to remove my self which is why i didnt take it apart and send it back.

Once I got over the fact it was flat pack (where does it say that in the description?!), I found the instructions quite simple. I put this together alone so took me a couple of hours but I am a complete novice. I was expecting a slightly better quality, there are a few scuffs and the description suggests a higher quality with rounded edges but overall it does the job.

Great table solidly built.Only problem is some of the instructions were opposite, like a hole on the wood was on the other side as to what's on the instructions but managed to get round it.so for this I give it 4 stars.Would recommend this table.

You get what you pay for, this being the case on this item. Build is complicated in places. When completed looks quite nice but beware it's all laminate so avoid heavy wear areas.overall finish is a little rough ,care must be taken when fitting retaining lugs, this said the table once completed is functional and attractive (3 drawers and full size under shelf).

Once assembled looked good . Having used similar fitting many times, I found the locking cams to be of poor quality, two broke on tightening, I have spares fortunately. Would suggest three or four spares to be included . In view of above only four stars
