I purchased this clock for my 89 year old mother and she absolutely loved it!! She was constantly forgetting the days of the week, as well as the date. She would constantly ask me what the date was. I tried a monthly paper calendar, but that had to be constantly crossed off and she would forget to do it, so that didn't work out. Therefore, I searched for something that would keep her on track. The numbers are big enough to see from across the room. It also acts as a night light (set at the brightest setting, which was her preference) because she uses a walker, and when she gets up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, she does not have to put the light on. Another feature is the medication reminder alarm I set for her. It has several different alarms you can customize. The alarm goes off by itself without manually being shut off. This clock has become a nice conversation piece when she talks on the phone with her friends. She tells them "I got this beautiful clock, that tells me the date, day of the week, and the time because I was constantly forgetting." After hearing this, they said they need one too. Now when she wakes up from a nap in the afternoon, she doesn't get confused about it being day or night because it states morning, afternoon, or night. Which automatically set itself when plugged in. I am very pleased with this purchase!Side note: The month, day, and year line is smaller than the time and day of the week.

When you need to give medications, and it’s more efficient to put pills in daily pill holders for a week, this clock is essential. It keeps your customers on track to NOT over medicated or miss. Simple solutions work best and that’s what this is.It’s large enough to see from 20’ away. You obviously can see the time farther because the numbers are larger, but you need to be able to tell what DAY OF THE WEEK it is. That matches up with the pill container for the patients. It’s great that it also has the calendar date, which also one of top 3 questions asked. #1 - Day of the Week, #2 - Calendar Date, #3 - Did I take my pills?

My mom is having trouble remembering some things so I got her this clock to help her take her meds correctly. When I plugged it in, it automatically set the time and date. This is great because if there's a power outage then the clock will be correctly set when the power comes back on. It's important because she has to take her meds as prescribed.

I really like this product. Sometimes in the morning when you wake up, you don't IMMEDIATELY know what day it is, let alone if it is morning or night. With this product, you cannot mistake it. It shows you the day of the week in big print on the first line (i.e. MONDAY). The second line notifies you if it is morning, afternoon, night, before dawn, or before dusk. This feature is very handy for those states who change the time in the spring and fall. That is, at 7:00, it could be either dark or light, and if it tells you it is "before dawn," you know it is not p.m. The third line confirms the exact time (i.e., 7:00 a.m.), The 4th line shows the calendar date (i.e., October 16, 2019. I have already recommended this clock to several people. Also, since the clock is in very large print, I have it plugged in on the opposite side of the room and have no trouble reading it. This clock is a home run.

I purchased this for my mother who never knows what day it is. It is perfect for her. It is easy to read and gives the day, date, time and morning or afternoon. It also has alarms for medication or whatever you need an alarm for but we have not used that feature yet.

We purchased this clock in late December 2020 for a dementia patient. We liked it very much! It worked well and we were so pleased with the time of day description, such as predawn hours, evening, morning, and so forth. And now heading into our seventh month of having the product the screen is as pictured - no longer functioning. *Edited* The clock began working again a few days later! So HAPPY! I hope that it will continue to work and be as reliable as it was until the problem earlier this week. *edited* It "died" again, however, I'm wondering if the malfunction was due to my patient dropping it. I have ordered another one, and we'll see how long it lasts.

I want go into all the functions since several others have already done so and did an excellent job. I was throughly impressed with what all this clock would do and how easy it was to program. It was just what I was needing with a few exceptions. The most glaring one which is a constant problem and that is not set up for the hearing impaired. Thfe volume control for the chime is okay. However the alarm buzzer is a joke. I had to put the clock right up to my ear to hear the imitation ringing sound.Also, the instructions spoke of a memory card only to program. There was nothing on the box or in the instructions that a memory card came with the clock or the memory card had to be bought separately. The way it sounded in the programming instructions the memory card should have came with the clock.
