Q: Can anyone tell me thegear motor shaft diameter? And does it look like the gear could be removed? I'm using this item for something for else.

Unfortunately both of them are in the trunk of my Lincoln about ten miles from here. As I recall when I was repairing the old motor, the "guard" or casing surrounding the gear was a single piece part of the motor case. I will plow out of our snow and brave the minus twelve on Thursday to go have a look. My first response is, no, but I can have an answer in a couple of days. Shaft is about 5/16's I think, but again, will measure.

Q: I have one right front motor and one left front motor. will these same motors work of right rear and left rear?

My Bronco II is a two door. You need to compare the front motors in your front doors now with the ones in the back doors. If they are the same, then I don't see why they would not work.

Q: I bought the 742-250 for a left window but the part in the box is stamped RH. Is this the correct 742-250 or is this a 251 in the wrong box?

Should refer to "Driver side" or "Passenger side" not Left or Right. Generally, the 250 is for the driver's side and is marked RH.
