Eyekepper 100% Anti-Blue Light Blocking Fitover Glasses,Wear Over Reading and Glasses Amber Lens, Black

I bought these after researching the benefits of circadian rhythms on chronic fatigue syndrome and the reviews looked good so thought I'd try them! Well I just put these on at 6pm after long day working inside and on the computer,and wow what a relief to my tired eyes. The sun that was coming through the windows on what is quite a dull day looks like a glorious sunny day through my rose coloured glasses which makes me feel instantly more positive. But also my tired eyes feel relieved too.I will see how they affect my sleep and come back and updatey review but if you just want to help from tired eyes after a long day on the computer, I can 100% recommend already. And I'm wondering if they would be good for S.A.D which I suffer from.Oh and they also fit over my glasses which is great! I did measure my specs before ordering. Mine are 141mm wide and 43mm tall and from memory I think the blue light shades are 150mm x 46mm. I've attached a side on pic and a pic from above too in case it helps other glasses wearers, and I hadn't noticed before taking the pic, but they sit on top of my current glasses behind the ears so are quite comfortable. They are lightweight so I can't especially tell that they are on. They do feel like they block all light out but I can see in the pic that there is actually a gap at the top,but that's probably because my own glasses don't sit right close to my nose. So they would push on closer if you needed them too.Very happy overall and I think they look pretty than most of the other Fitover styles I came across 😊

No wonder you can’t sleep at night, your only supposed to see a full moon once a month! And while I’m at it, you might need to wear them to reduce the blinding glare from the L E D street lamps and car head lamps. Totally unnatural and unnecessary, and those responsible should be duly dealt with. That asides, these anti-blue light blocking glasses are excellent for the job of saving your eyes and ensuring the melatonin is not affected, so you get a good nights kip. Well made, nice carrying case and a supreme fit over my reading glasses. They look cool too, I love em.’

Very happy with these blue-blocking glasses. Bought them quite a few years ago. Let them drop many times but they are robust and durable and do an excellent job at keeping the blue light out.

I had watched a programme that recommended these to counteract ‘blue screen’ I bought these for my husband but they did not work for him. I am sure they work for others as the programme I watched tested them on a couple and they loved them.

It blocks the blue light nicely and covers your glasses and sits without falling off.

Even seems to work on a psychological level. I sleep much better on the whole. Make sure you put them on if you go to the loo in the middle of the night as well. Blue wave length waves wake you up, so just wear them before you go to sleep and if you wake up. Really good investment.

considering they are only £20 at least that was the price i paid for them, they are awesome and do what they say they do.

Funciona perfeitamente, mas parece que são mais pequenos do que prometemTambém não protegem os olhos da luz periférica , mas para os ecrãs e óptimo. Usei durante horas e quando me preparei para dormir parecia que estava às escuras há imenso tempo.Recomendo vivamente!

Un buon prodotto, robusti, purtroppo non idoneo alla mia situazione visiva. Vedo poco e con questi al pc si riduce la mia capacita' visiva. Inoltre grandi per il mio modello di occhiali.Do una buona valutazione perche' mio problema.
